The Birthday Girl/Boy will have the opportunity to be the instructor in front with me and teach their friends.

Space Requirements:
There must be ample distance between kids to prevent the Glow Sticks from touching.
In between our Workout & Activities, we will have a break for food/cake and the Birthday sing-along.
We recommend wearing white or bright clothes so that you glow bright!
