Clubbercise is a fun, easy-to-follow dance workout taught in a darkened room using our Trademark LED Glow Sticks & Disco Lights!

This is exclusively for Ages 6 & Up - The playlist is set to Kids favourite dance & pop hits, along with a mix of party anthems from the 90's all the way through to the latest hits.

This is a fun, social and creative way for kids to be active, build confidence, create and build friendships...And of course improve co-ordination.

Our awesome Party Host will take the kids through a range of fun choreographed dance workouts to AWESOME (family-friendly) music + super fun interactive activities! Using Trademark LED Glow Sticks.

We will have LOADS OF FUN, PLAY AWESOME GAMES, HAVE DANCE BATTLES...AND DON'T FORGET THE GLOW STICKS!!!

You'll want to keep going!

The Birthday Girl/Boy will have the opportunity to be the instructor in front with me and teach their friends. 
Guaranteed to have TONS of fun!!!

Space Requirements:

There must be ample distance between kids to prevent the Glow Sticks from touching.

In between our Workout & Activities, we will have a break for food/cake and the Birthday sing-along.

We recommend wearing white or bright clothes so that you glow bright!
